Here is a copy of the slides from the Community Meeting. Please provide your feedback on the proposed changes by October 15, 2026. We will take the proposals that the majority of the Homeowners agree with to be drafted by the HOA Attorney to vote on at the December Community Meeting.

Q-When is the last time changes were made to the covenants?
A-There have been no covenant changes recorded since the community started 26 years ago.
Q-What is the difference between the By-laws and the Covenants?
A- HOA bylaws govern how the association operates internally, while covenants (CC&Rs) regulate property use and neighborhood appearance standards.
Q-Why does it matter if we communicate electronically or by mail?
A-Mail is sent by the management company and there are per page charges associated with printing and sending by USPS.
Q-How did you come up with the plan for rental caps?
A-The Board met with other HOAs of communities similar in size to ours to learn what they did. They took the lessons learned and put together the plan they proposed with that information.
Q-Do we have to vote for all the changes, or can we vote yes for some and no for others?
A-You can vote for each proposal individually.
