The HOA fees are $160 quarterly and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community.

You can report a   work order directly on the Red Rock portal.

You may email your work order to support@gowithredrock.com.

You may contact a Red Rock Management costumer service representative at 888-757-3376 to submit a work order by phone.

When submitting a work order please include a brief detailed description of what you are currently experiencing and attach photos.

For EMERGENCY work orders please call 888-757-3376 

 On your Red Rock portal go to Account Info then violations. There will be listed any violations that are on your account. You can add notes or attachments to your violation.

You can email supporting documentation that the violation has been corrected by emailing support@gowithredrock.com

You can also request these by emailing support@gowithredrock.com. 

 In your Red Rock account portal:
. Click on Account Info
. Select ARC Request

. This will prompt you to select the Add ACC Request (please note ACC and ARC have equivalent meaning)

. The ARC form will automatically populate any homeowner information you have provided to Red Rock Management.

. You will need to provide specific information regarding your request and upload required documents. Make sure to include a plot map and any pictures of materials being used.

. Your form will need to be filled out in it's entirety prior to submission.

. Click the Submit button in the bottom right hand corner.

. This will prompt you to process your ARC Application Fee. (please note this is a processing fee charge by Red Rock Management and not your individual HOA)

To ensure no delays please submit all required information and any additional supporting documents. We love to see plot maps with measurements, pictures of materials, and any estimates/contracts.
