To request a reservation, email hoaboard@hamiltongreen.org and include the following
information:
● Your name
● Your Hamilton Green address
● Your phone number
● The date requested
● The beginning and ending times of the party
● The approximate number of guests ( 25 guest maximum )
Pool Party & Grill Rules
1. The resident making the reservation must remain with their group for the entire event.
2. A pool monitor must be on duty during the party.
a. If a monitor is not already scheduled, the resident will be charged $25.00 per
hour, payable in advance.
3. The resident reserving the cabana is responsible for cleaning the area after the party.
4. All decorations must be removed before leaving.
5. Do not use tape, thumbtacks, or other fasteners on the cabana or tables.
6. The resident must supply their own fuel for the grill.
7. The grill must be cleaned after use.
8. A charge of $75.00 will be assessed if the grill is not properly cleaned.
9. Any damage to the pool area or facilities will be charged to the resident who made the
reservation.
10. The HOA is not responsible for injuries during the party.
11. All HOA rules and pool regulations apply to party guests.
Important! The cabana and grill may be reserved for private events; however, the swimming pool itself may not be closed to other residents during your party.
The HOA fees are $640 annually and cover the costs of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community.

You may contact a Red Rock Management costumer service representative at 888-757-3376 to submit a work order by phone.
When submitting a work order please include a brief detailed description of what you are currently experiencing and attach photos.

On your Red Rock portal go to Account Info then violations. There will be listed any violations that are on your account. You can add notes or attachments to your violation.
You can email supporting documentation that the violation has been corrected by emailing support@gowithredrock.com

In your Red Rock account portal:
. Click on Account Info
. Select ARC Request
. This will prompt you to select the Add ACC Request (please note ACC and ARC have equivalent meaning)
. The ARC form will automatically populate any homeowner information you have provided to Red Rock Management.
. You will need to provide specific information regarding your request and upload required documents. Make sure to include a plot map and any pictures of materials being used.
. Your form will need to be filled out in it's entirety prior to submission.
. Click the Submit button in the bottom right hand corner.
. This will prompt you to process your ARC Application Fee. (please note this is a processing fee charge by Red Rock Management and not your individual HOA)
To ensure no delays please submit all required information and any additional supporting documents. We love to see plot maps with measurements, pictures of materials, and any estimates/contracts.
